Priligy
Priligy is a fast-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) helped to treat premature ejaculation in men. Currently, it is approved for usage in several European countries, including Finland, Sweden, Portugal, Austria and Germany. It is currently in Phase III trial investigation with the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for distribution in the United States.
Typically, SSRI medications are typically prescribed for patients with depression and used as an anti-depressant. Most SSRI medications have displayed the ability to reduce ejaculation time in some men. Research has proven that Priligy works considerably better for this embarrassing issue.
Priligy is also safer and eliminates from the body quicker than other SSRI’s. If used as an anti-depressant, Priligy would have to be taken several times a day due to its fast release from the body. For this reason, it is not an approved medication to be used as an anti-depressant.
Priligy is not a permanent cure for premature ejaculation but if taken three hours before sexual activity it can be very effective. Studies have proven that taking Priligy can prolong ejaculation up to three times.
